Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the InFlow AI platform. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use InFlow AI to:
1.1 Threatening or Abusive Communication
- Use threatening, abusive, or intimidating language in any debtor communication
- Harass, bully, or repeatedly contact debtors in a manner intended to cause distress
- Impersonate law enforcement, government officials, or legal representatives
- Make false claims about legal action, court proceedings, or wage garnishment
1.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communication
- Send communications unrelated to legitimate outstanding debts
- Use the Platform for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes
- Contact individuals who are not actual debtors or authorized contacts
1.3 Timing Restrictions
- Contact debtors outside allowed hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4)
- The Platform enforces these limits automatically, but you must not attempt to circumvent them
1.4 Frequency Limits
Per debtor, you must not exceed:
- 1 contact per day (across all channels)
- 3 contacts per week
- 8 contacts per month
These limits are enforced by the Platform. Attempts to circumvent them (e.g., creating duplicate debtor records) are strictly prohibited.
1.5 Data Handling
- Share debtor personal data with unauthorized third parties
- Export debtor data for use outside the Platform without lawful basis
- Store debtor data in unsecured locations
- Process debtor data beyond the scope of legitimate debt collection
2. Required Practices
- Maintain accurate invoice data — all amounts, dates, and debtor information must be correct
- Have a valid legal basis for each debtor contact (outstanding invoice, contractual obligation)
- Honor opt-out requests and cease contact when a debtor disputes the debt through proper channels
- Respond to debtor complaints within 48 hours
- Maintain records of all communications for audit purposes
3. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning — First minor violation: written notice with 7-day remediation period
- Suspension — Repeated or serious violations: temporary account suspension
- Termination — Severe or persistent violations: permanent account termination
- Reporting — Criminal or regulatory violations may be reported to relevant authorities (UAE PDPL Authority, DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection)
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@inflowai.ai.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
